In pursuit of excellence we realise that we may not always meet your expectations. Please let us know immediately if you are not satisfied with any services we provide.
Once services are paid for we will not be able to offer refunds. Furthermore, we will provide you with a professional regiment/treatment plan to maintain the health of your service and integrity of your skin and/or cosmetic tattoo.
We cannot guarantee the results of services. We cannot guarantee the the results of services if the products are not purchased and used as directed. We cannot guarantee results of services when maintenance appointments have not been followed up on.
We cannot guarantee results of services when correct after care advice has not been followed.
Results of treatments may vary from person to person and this is explained to you at the time of consultation as well as in consent forms.
We do require a non-refundable deposit to secure appointments, if you cancel before the required cancellation time of 48 hours then you will lose your non-refundable deposit.
Gift Vouchers are not refundable for cash, and can be used on services. If you lose your voucher this is your responsibility and we cannot guarantee a replacement voucher.
