Cosmetic tattooing and colour boost touch up appointments:
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for all new cosmetic tattoo
bookings, payment must be made within 2 business days of making the
appointment. If the deposit is not received within 2 business days, the
appointment may be cancelled.
If you need to reschedule your cosmetic tattoo appointment please try to
give us at least two business days notice.
If you need to cancel the appointment the $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Perfection visits need to be completed within 12 weeks after your initial
tattooing session. You need to book your perfection visit on the day of
your initial tattooing appointment. If you need to reschedule this
appointment and it is out of the 12 week time frame there will be a $50
fee charged to your next appointment as more work will need to be
completed on your tattoo.
If less than two business days is given when rescheduling a 50% deposit
will need to be paid when making the new perfection visit booking as well
as the $50 late cancellation fee added.
Services other than tattooing:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give the
salon at least two business days notice or a $10 cancellation fee will be
added to your next appointment. (Waxing appointments will incur a $10
cancellation fee and skin treatments will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
A 6.6% service fee will be added to all payments made through Zippay.
